Where do you deliver?

We deliver Australia wide.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is $9.95 on orders under $120. Orders over $120 receive free delivery. Oversized, large or heavy items may be quoted separately.

How will I know my order is on its way?

Once your order and payment are received you'll get a confirmation email. When your items are packed, we'll email you your order number and Australia Post tracking number.

Click & Collect

How does Click & Collect work?

Orders received before 2pm can be collected from Shop 8 after 3pm the same day. Please call us on (03) 9390 9129 to confirm your pickup time.

Can you bring my order to the car?

If you can't leave your car when you arrive at the shopping centre, give us a call and, if we can, we'll bring your order out to you.

When is the store open?

Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6:30pm. Closed Sunday.

Gift Wrapping

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, and it's free. If your purchase is a gift, let us know in the comments section when placing your order and we'll wrap it for you, as our gift to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return something if I change my mind?

We don't offer refunds for change of mind, but we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Store credit is valid for 6 months. Items must be in original, as new condition with proof of purchase.

Is anything excluded?

We can't offer a change of mind exchange on sale items, special customer orders, customised jewellery or earrings (for health and hygiene reasons).

What if my item arrives faulty or damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by phone or email and we'll help you sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
