Refund policy
Change of Mind
We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy your shopping experience with us.
With change of mind, we do not offer a refund. We do however offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery with Australia Post delivery date. The store credit is valid for 6months.
If you have any question in regard to your online purchase, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
Please note: the benefits given to you under our ‘Change of mind’ returns policy are in addition to other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.
All returns require the following.
- The original proof of purchase receipt and or delivery docket.
- The item must be in its original ‘as new condition’ with no damage to the item or the packaging. (As new condition is where the item has not been used, worn, is in pristine condition with no damage, scratches or signs of wear.)
- Any returns for purchases where there is a ‘Gift with purchase’ all gifts must be returned when returning your purchase.
If you wish to return your online purchase directly to our store, please call ahead prior to visiting us to ensure we are able to assist you at that time.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will process an exchange or credit to you of the purchase price of the items, less any shipping costs incurred when the goods were purchased. Shipping charges will only be waived if the returned item is faulty.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind on the following purchases.
- Sale items
- Special customer orders
- Customised pieces of jewellery
- Earrings, (due to health and hygiene reasons)
- Refunds will only be offered on these lines if the item is faulty
Faulty/Damaged items
We pride ourselves by offering quality products, however, there may be an occasion where the product may be faulty or damaged in delivery. In these instances, we ask you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods from your Australia Post delivery. You can contact us via email or phone so we can assist you with the process.
Please note: Shop 8 Gifting Co. reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without notice.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tllottogifts@gmail.com and we will advise necessary steps.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommended you use registered post or a trackable courier as we do not accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. All costs relating to change of mind returns are at your cost.
